Dr Azam was born and raised in Pakistan. She acquired her medical degree from Aga Khan University Hospital in Pakistan, and moved to USA for her residency training. She completed her Family Medicine training from University Hospitals Case Medical Center, followed by a Fellowship in Women’s Health. She has a special interest in Women and Child health, and loves to watch her pediatric patients grow into health conscious young adults. She is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi.
